i received a defective product, how do i go about getting a replacement?

my phone broke while in one of your screen protectors. can you replace the phone as well?
Our products are subjected to extensive drop testing. However, we can’t guarantee under certain conditions that they will prevent serious damage to your phone. Unfortunately, we cannot warrant the device. If your product is still under warranty, we are happy to replace it!
in order to get my product under warranty, do i have to register it?
Nope, but it helps! Plus, earn a special discount when you register your product. Your product has its warranty right out of the box. Make sure to save your proof of purchase.
for how long does my warranty last?
Tech Thrive is confident that our products are reliable and safe, and therefore, we offer limited warranties on all of our products. This generally depends on which product you have. Please check the manual of your product, and it will tell you the details of that specific warranty. More information can be found on our Warranty page.
are all apple compatible products from Tech Thrive mfi certified?
All of Tech Thrive’s products that are marked Apple Compatible undergo strict screening to become MFi Certified. The official Apple-issued MFi icon will be displayed on the packaging.
what is your return policy?
If the product was purchased directly from Tech Thrive, we will accept returns up to 30 days with proof of purchase. Products purchased from our partners may be subject to their own individual warranty policies, so you may have to contact them directly.
